| New solar pool installation in Pleasanton, crew was excellent, cleaned up the jobsite daily, polite, and timely. Very neat work. David was a joy to work with, I had some unique issues such as can lights in a vaulted ceiling, and he took measurements and was careful to protect the property. He also came to the jobsite several times daily to check on the progress. I would highly recommend Pacific Solar Energy. | David from Pacific Solar was very informatiive and helpful. He walked me through and explained how the solar panels work and what bebefits I would receive from installing the system. He also consistently checked back with me to ensure everything was running fine on the system. He assisted me with other questions I had about my pool that was not related to the installation of the solar panel. He came back to my home and checked the equipment on multiple occasions and advised me of any issues and corrected it right away. It was a pleasure for me to work with him and I would highly recommend his company to my friends, family, and anyone who is looking for quality, knowledge , and service. | Dave explained everything to us, even when we still had questions he replied promptly. He had great follow through. The worker was also very neat and quick. I would definately refer others to Dave. We have not been able to use the pool because the weather has been poor, but the pool based on our temperature gauge has gotten warmer. | The company was very informative and upfront on the system and cost involved. There were no `hidden costs`. In fact they added some minor items at their cost. They were very professional and punctual in competing the project. I am a new home owner and this is my first home with a pool. Not only did the company take the time to explain to me how to care and maintain for the solar heating system they also took me through all the other issues relating to pool maintenance.
