| The personnel at Enchanted Solar were professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Their willingness to walk me through each step of the calculations for the power output, selection of hardware and the permitting process was much appreciated. My family is very happy with the system and the welcome relief from monthly electric bills, which are only going up. Now, instead of a bill, we get a check every month. I would recommend and have recommended Enchanted Solar to friends and co-workers and will continue to do so. My family looked at the installation of a solar array as an investment. We plan to stay in our house for a long time and maximize the payout of the system. Power costs are increasing rapidly and selling power to the electric company instead of buying it is a win. | Allan was our lead person and was totally thorough in explaining to us all the tradeoffs, costs, etc. We had quick access to him whenever we needed it. He and his crew were on-site during the whole installation process, and Allan was more hands-on than anybody in getting it hooked up and tested. | This system is a hybrid - we can sell power or go onto battery backup in case of an outage. The backup will run our outside well, a freezer, fridg, some lights, milking machine, and pasteurizer. We told Allen what we wanted and he designed it for us and our budget. We are extremely pleased with the work Allen and Postive Energy did for us. | Allan worked with me to upgrade the system and was very helpful in coping with some previously purchased, but not used solar panel racks.
He also provided plans for the new battery box, and found the best panels for the best price.
I think what I am calling panels, he calls modules?
None of the above influenced me because I had no choice.
The small house I purchased in 1996 was off the grid, and had 4 panels on the roof.
